Alplant GmbH was founded in 2016 by hemp producer Claudio Buholzer and chemist Dr. Jebril Hadi from the University of Bern with the aim of producing and selling cannabis light. Today the company is an important player on the market.

Our harvest is checked in the internal laboratory and provided with an analysis certificate. The CBD flowers for the European wholesale trade have a THC content of <0.2%. Each package contains certificates for each product. Shipping is discreet and secure via Luxembourg. Business shipments to our B2B customers are always insured and Alplant guarantees delivery. Our trained staff sets the highest values ​​for the quality of our analyses. Alplant produces around 5000 analyses per year for third-party customers and for internal quality control.

Respect for the Plant

With the vision of making the diverse uses of the hemp plant accessible to as many people as possible, hemp producer Claudio Buholzer and chemist Dr. Jebril Hadi (University of Bern) founded Alplant GmbH in 2016. The two recognized the potential of the hemp plant early on and have been conducting research and development with cannabinoids and extracts for many years.

IG Hanf

This commitment to the cannabis plant also led Claudio Buholzer to create and co-found the IG Hanf interest group, of which he is president. Today, IG Hanf has over 60 members and promotes networking and cooperation in the industry. IG Hanf is also the Swiss hemp association recognized by the BAG (Federal Office of Public Health); it coordinates cooperation with the authorities and advocates for regulation at the legal level.
